-24 hours hotline service to handle all incoming alarm from the client’s Network supervision group (NSG) & communicate it to the respective zone office.
-24 hours Technical Support Unit responsible for providing the following services:
-Performs special projects site repairs & modifications
-Handles fueling process for all generator sites
-Provides Technical support to all maintenance Engineers while troubleshooting alarms
-Provides level 2 maintenance activity (on request)
-Provides continuous training to maintenance Engineers
-Perform Radio & Environment (research & Engineering) studies
-Implement & update technical updating procedures
-Performs site audits
-Coordinates all client requests with various operations offices
-Provides support to the various operation offices for all technical aspect of the operation & maintenance activities
