| Phase II scope of work (permit & construction drawings)
|
1. Permit drawings will include but are not limited to antenna locations, antenna heights, antenna cable routing, equipment locations, power meter locations, power cable routing, grounding and lightning protection, easement locations including property lines, and all or information required to obtain all required permits and approvals. drawings should detail all antennas and all poles. All panel antennas will be labeled (1A, 2A, 3A etc.), all microwave antennas will be labeled (MW1, MW2, MW3, etc.), and Poles will be numbered (P1, P2, P3 etc.).
2. Static Calculations will be completed for all construction parts of site (antenna poles, frames for outdoor units, new towers including foundation, special structures) including inspection of existing structures for carrying of additional loading and suggestion about possible reinforcement. If a Geo-Technical investigation is required for a Greenfield site, it will be responsibility of vendor SA TEAM to complete this task. vendor SA TEAM should have The guidelines for Construction staff before completing this task.
3. vendor will be responsible for development of a detailed site sketch of technical design for network elements like placement of in-house equipment room/container/outdoor unit, antenna poles and cable tray, mains connection, grounding and lightning protection system.
4. Once all Required Permit drawings are ready, vendor will apply for municipality permit
5. Once all permits required to construct site are received and upon request
Telecom direction, vendor will start Construction.
6. vendor will submit, in a form mutually accepted to Alpha Project, all required Construction Drawings and documentation. Required drawings and documents may include, but are not limited to:
• Soils Reports/ Geo-technical Investigation
• Foundation Calculations & Drawings
• Construction Drawings
• Electrical Drawings
7. After site has been constructed, vendor construction Team will mark changes on construction drawings. se drawings will be in paper form and have all changes marked in red. vendor SA TEAM will n integrate As-built conditions to drawings in electronic form. The will review drawings within five (5) business days of receipt and corrections will be required from vendor SA TEAM within two (2) business days.
Upon mutual approval vendor will provide to two (2) copies of As-built drawing in hardcopy format one (1) copy in digital format as .
