Primary Maintenance Activities |

Perform planned preventive maintenance on routine basis for BTS, BSC, Nodal transmission & micro BTS sites through out the country on the following Environment & Radio systems
* BTS equipment
* Microwave equipment
* Power system
* Cooling system
* Battery system
* Generators
* Fire alarm & fire fighting systems
* DDF frames
-Perform corrective maintenance requests on 24hrs. 7 days a week basis.
-Able to handle around 14 requests simultaneously at any time
(2 simultaneous requests per office)
-Handle quality improvement requests to improve site/network quality problems by using specialized tools such as Frequency generator, PCM analyzer, power meters …etc.
-Repair &/or replace defective equipment or components on site
-Execute site repairs, minor production work & special technical & non-Technical work as needed.
-Plan, monitor & carry out fueling of all generator sites
-Manage an inventory control system of client spare parts between our client warehouse & our various satellite office warehouses.
-Purchase site components needed to perform preventive & corrective maintenance on behalf of client
